Tallow 100% Natural Lipstick

I love this lipstick it’s the only one I’ve ever found that’s actually colorful and pigmented but doesn’t have titanium dioxide. That’s crazy! It has a bit of a beef smell sometimes even though it’s peppermint but it’s a very small price to pay for a high quality product that isn’t slowly poisoning me. I like the travel tube more than the lipstick one but both work well!

The Red Rock lipstick turned out to be much pinker on my lips than I initially expected. From the lipstick itself, I thought the shade might have a little more brown to it, but I actually like how it looks in person, especially paired with the gloss. Another color may suit me best however.

The Peppermint Gloss has a noticeably strong, fresh peppermint taste, which I personally love. I also really appreciate knowing that I’m using clean, non-toxic ingredients, even down to the peppermint flavor. The lipstick has substantial staying power, too. I had seen another reviewer mention that it stayed on almost too well when she wanted to switch lip colors between events, and after trying it myself, I can understand what she meant even if I feel her review was dramatized lol The lipstick comes off naturally, like a lipstick does, however, seemingly less than a conventional lipstick full of synthetic oils.

Together, the lipstick and gloss look beautiful, and I also find the packaging very minimalistic and tasteful, both aesthetically and, in the gloss’s case, literally. 😉 Overall, I’m happy with how the combination looks and feels... I just feel like I have to try another color for my perfect shade, one with more brown 🤎
