Rule 1

Sponsor

The 30-Day Tallow Challenge (the "Contest") is sponsored by Stone & Spear, a Nevada-based skincare company ("Sponsor"), located in Las Vegas, Nevada. By participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules ("Rules") and by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Rule 2

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Stone & Spear
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of the above
• Persons residing in the same household as the above, whether or not related
• Any individual who has previously won a Stone & Spear contest within the past 6 months

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

Rule 3

Contest Period

The Contest begins on the launch date announced by Stone & Spear across its official channels (the "Launch Date") and ends when the submission deadline passes (the "Submission Deadline"), as specified on stoneandspear.co/tallow-challenge. All times are Pacific Time (PT).

The Contest consists of the following phases:

• Entry Window: Opens on the Launch Date. Participants may register and begin their 30-day challenge during this period.
• Challenge Period: 30 days from each participant's individual product delivery date.
• Submission Period: Closes on the Submission Deadline. All before-and-after photo submissions must be received by this date.
• Community Voting Period: A 7-day period following the close of the Submission Period during which the public may cast votes.
• Winner Announcement: Both winners will be announced within 5 business days of the close of the Voting Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten any phase of the Contest with reasonable notice posted at stoneandspear.co/tallow-challenge.

Rule 4

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter the Contest, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Window:

1. Post a public "before" photo or video to a personal Instagram or TikTok account in accordance with the Social Media Post Requirement described in Rule 6.
2. Visit stoneandspear.co/tallow-challenge and complete the entry registration form, providing: full name, valid email address, shipping address (US only), Instagram and/or TikTok handle, the URL link to the required "before" post, primary skin concern, and agreement to these Rules.
3. Upon verification of the "before" post by Sponsor, receive a complimentary 30-day supply of Stone & Spear Natural Tallow Anti-Aging Face Cream (the "Challenge Product") shipped to the address provided.
4. Use the Challenge Product consistently for 30 days beginning on the day of delivery.
5. Submit a clear, unfiltered "after" photo of the face and a written skin journey description (50–300 words) via the submission form at stoneandspear.co/tallow-challenge/submit by the Submission Deadline. The 30-day challenge clock begins on the individual delivery date, not the date of registration.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries submitted by third parties, automated means, or in bulk will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will not be considered. All entries become the property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be returned.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for any failure of the website during the Entry Window or Submission Period.

Rule 5

Photo Requirements

All photos submitted as part of this Contest must meet the following requirements:

• Photos must depict the entrant's own face and skin.
• "Before" and "after" photos must be taken under similar conditions: natural lighting preferred, no flash, bare face, neutral background.
• No filters, color correction, heavy retouching, or image manipulation of any kind is permitted.
• Photos must be original works owned entirely by the entrant. Photos may not incorporate any third-party copyrighted material.
• Photos must not contain nudity, offensive content, or material that violates any applicable law.
• Both photos must clearly show the same person.
• "After" photos must be taken within 7 days of completing the 30-day challenge period.

By submitting photos, entrants represent and warrant that they own all rights to the photos and that the photos meet all requirements above. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry whose photos do not meet these requirements.

By entering, entrants grant Stone & Spear a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display submitted photos in any media — including but not limited to social media, digital advertising, email marketing, print materials, and the Stone & Spear website — with credit to the entrant where reasonably practicable.

Rule 6

Social Media Post Requirement

As a condition of entry, participants must post a public "before" photo or video to their personal Instagram or TikTok account prior to receiving the Challenge Product. This post must:

• Be publicly visible (account must not be set to private)
• Feature a clear, unfiltered photo or video of the entrant's face
• Include the hashtag #30DayTallowChallenge
• Tag the official Stone & Spear account (@stoneandspear on Instagram and TikTok)
• Remain publicly visible for the duration of the Contest period

Participants must submit the direct URL link to this post as part of their entry registration form. Sponsor will verify the post before shipping the Challenge Product. Entries for which the required post cannot be verified will not receive the Challenge Product and will be considered incomplete.

If a participant's post is made private, deleted, or altered to remove required hashtags or tags after submission but before the Contest ends, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entry.

Participants who already own the Stone & Spear Natural Tallow Anti-Aging Face Cream and do not wish to receive the complimentary product may still enter by completing the post requirement, submitting a valid entry form, and notifying Sponsor at the time of registration that they are using their own product. These participants are still subject to all other Rules.

Rule 7

Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be selected as described below. The same individual may not win both prizes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that contains fraudulent votes, evidence of bot activity, purchased votes, or any other attempt to manipulate the voting process. Sponsor's determination of vote validity is final.

Rule 8

Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded:

• Community Vote Winner Prize: One (1) Botanical Anti-Aging Plumping Facial Set, consisting of the complete 7-product Eternal Earth professional spa line (Cleansing Oil, Cleanser, Toner, Scrub, Mask, Serum, and Cream). Approximate retail value: $457.00 USD.
• Judges' Pick Winner Prize: One (1) Botanical Anti-Aging Plumping Facial Set, consisting of the complete 7-product Eternal Earth professional spa line (Cleansing Oil, Cleanser, Toner, Scrub, Mask, Serum, and Cream). Approximate retail value: $457.00 USD.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $914.00 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or other items by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. All other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility.

Rule 9

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within three (3) business days of winner selection. Potential winners must respond to the notification email within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent. If a potential winner does not respond within this period, fails to comply with these Rules, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that individual will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release, within ten (10) business days of notification as a condition of receiving the prize. If a winner is under the age of majority in their state of residence (if applicable), the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian on the winner's behalf.

Prizes will be shipped within ten (10) business days of receipt of all required winner documentation.

Rule 10

Publicity

Except where prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Stone & Spear to use the winner's name, social media handle, likeness, submitted photos, and entry content (including the written skin journey description) for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or approval.

All entrants (not just winners) who submit an entry grant Stone & Spear the content license described in Rule 5 with respect to their submitted photos and written descriptions.

Rule 11

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

• Tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest
• Violates these Rules
• Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
• Submits fraudulent, manipulated, or plagiarized content
• Attempts to manipulate the community voting process through any means
• Provides false or misleading information at any point during the Contest

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of registration. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Released parties include Stone & Spear and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives. By entering, entrants release all released parties from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

Rule 12

Results Disclaimer

When Stone & Spear uses winning or other Contest entries in advertising or promotional materials, all such uses will include a results disclaimer stating that individual results may vary.

Rule 13

Privacy

Personal information collected through this Contest — including name, email address, shipping address, and social media handles — will be used by Stone & Spear for the purpose of administering the Contest, shipping the Challenge Product, notifying and fulfilling prizes to winners, and as otherwise described in these Rules.

By completing the entry registration form, participants consent to receive email communications from Stone & Spear related to the Contest, including entry confirmation, shipping notifications, submission reminders, voting announcements, and winner announcements. Participants who opt in to marketing communications on the registration form will additionally receive Stone & Spear product updates, skincare content, and promotional offers. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting Stone & Spear directly.

Stone & Spear will not sell personal information collected through this Contest to third parties. Information will be handled in accordance with Stone & Spear's Privacy Policy, available at stoneandspear.co/pages/privacy-policy.

Rule 14

Governing Law

These Rules and all aspects of the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest or these Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
